Why is my M340 only recognizing modules in the local rack and not the extended one?
Issue
The M340 in the main rack is only recognizing the local IO modules, the expanded rack IO modules are not seen.

Resolution
If the software and hardware configurations both match, the issue could be that the cable between the BMXXBE1000 modules is reversed. Power down the backplanes, reverse the cable and power up to see if that resolves the issue.
