The largest 347/600V branch breaker available for an NF panel is a 100A rated EDB36100 that is rated 14 KAIC. This is also available at higher KAIC ratings such EGB36100 rated 18 KAIC and a EJB36100 that is rated 25 KAIC.
There was a 110A rated version that has been obsoleted and is no longer available.
