Can other language be used in Varplus logic VPL12 ?

No, it is not possible.
Display does not represents matrix. On the contrary, certain texts and symbols are imprinted in the display, so they cannot be modified. They only can be switched on or off. For example texts INFO, MANUAL, SETUP, AUTO, ALARM, EXPORT, cos, THD, PQ, FAN
The rest part of display contains 3 in upper row and 4 , 7-segment digits/characters in lower row.
