All M221 using EcoStruxure Expert Basic 1.0 and above.

Environment:
EcoStruxure Machine Expert Basic

Resolution:
Open or create a EcoStruxure Machine Expert Basic program
go to programming tab
go to function block and timer
drop timer in program
select TON or TOF (timer on or timer off) If you select TP timer pulse you can not select retentive.
set your timer base and preset and save.
