What can cause an INF6 [Internal Error 6] Fault on an ATV340 series drive and how do I correct it?

Issue:
How can you resolve an INF6 [Internal Error 6] on an ATV340 series drive.

Cause:
- The option module installed in the drive is not recognized.
- The removable control terminal modules (if existing) are not present or not recognized.
- The Ethernet adapter is not recognized.
- A safety module (VW3A3802 or VW3A3809) is installed

Resolution:
- Verify the catalog number and compatibility of all installed option modules.
- Power down the drive and unplug and reseat the control terminal module
- Verify that an Ethernet Option Module is not installed in an ATV340..E (Embedded Ethernet) version of the drive.
- When using a Safety module the firmware version of the drive may need to be changed.  Review the manual for the Safety module for details.
