What is the cross for a Belimo actuator NVF24SR used with a VB-9313-0-4-08 valve ?

The Belimo actuator was 24 VAC , with 0-10V floating signal voltage , Spring Return, Stem up Normally Open actuator.
There are 2 options that can be used, the 1st would be using the MS41-7153 actuator, with AV-602-1 linkage kit .
The 2nd choice would be using a MS51-7103-100 actuator , which does not require a linkage kit to mount to the existing VB-9313 valve.
