Can I get a second analog output on the ATV340 drive?

No. There are only 2 I/O expansion modules for the ATV340 drive. The VW3A3203 has 6 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, and 2 analog inputs, and the VW3A3204 has 3 relay outputs.
