Cause
Need to upgrade PM5500 series meter to the latest firmware version

Resolution
Release Notes: PM55xx firmware upgrade to address new and updated features for firmware version 2.7.4.

Updates: This version implements DNP3 protocol support over Ethernet and selection for the PM5563 for the PM5RD hardware version.

Note: This firmware update is intended for PowerLogic PM5560 and PM5563 meters.
