How to set IPC HMIPSOS552D1801 built-in Win10 operating system’s screen resolution to 1280*800

1. Issue

IPC HMIPSOS552D1801 built-in Win10 operating system’s screen resolution cannot set to 1280*800 to meet Vijeo Designer’s requirement.

2. Resolution

For some HMIPSOS5521D1801 IPC’s built with Win10 operating system, the required graphic drivers are not installed in the factory. Customers need to download from the official website and install on the IPCs. The download link is as follows.
