Why can’t we read external variable value in Vijeo Designer simulation mode if driver is MODBUS SLAVE

1.Issue

In simulation mode, Vijieo Designer can’t read external variable value if driver is MODBUS SLAVE.

2.Environment

Issue happens in Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP3~SP10.

3.Resolution

The feature is not supported in simulation mode since Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP3 to SP10.
It will not impact the runtime when it downloaded to a Target for operation.
