Resolution:
In order for the Augmented Operator Advisor to retrieve PLC data, you will need an HMI running the EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert Runtime with the appropriate Augmented Operator Advisor driver added. Alternatively, you could also use Node-Red to share your data as well.
