What does error 9.31 mean for an IG6M Line isolation Monitor

Why does the IG6M LIM keep alarming every hour with a 9.31 error displayed?

Resolution:
The error 9.31 points to the IG6 LIM having a firmware issue with it’s internal memory and every hour when it does it’s self diagnostic test, it tests it's memory causing the alarm to appear.
The only recommendation is to replace the IG6M LIM with another one

Important Information:

Schneider Electric has now withdrawn from the Line Isolation Monitor, Isolation Power System, and all supporting components.

Schneider Electric will no longer supply the full Isolation Power System but will continue to supply components for these systems via Bender Inc, allowing the hospitals to standardize on breakers and panelboards from Schneider Electric for UL Listed NFPA 99 systems via panel partners.

Customers will be able to contact Bender Inc. directly to obtain a Form / Fit / Function equivalent and technical support.
