How can I set up VIA (0-10Vdc) speed reference on the ATV212 with 70Hz as max speed?

Issue:
Use 0-10Vdc on VIA scaled at 0-70Hz.

Environment:
All serial numbers

Cause:
Customer wanted to set 70Hz as max frequency using VIA (0-10Vdc).

Resolution:
In order for the drive to run up to 70Hz using VIA (0-10Vdc) signal, the drive needs to be programmed as follow:
FMOD = 1
FH = 70
UL = 70
F201 = 0
F202 = 0
F203 = 100
F204 = 70
Set the SW100 DIP switch for VIA to the left.
