Resolution
Control Expert 14 closes after the DTM update hangs  up.  This could occur on a new installation of Control Expert in a PC running
64 bit Windows 10 build 1803 with no other Schneider Electric software or third party DTM software installed.

The issue was found the be the result of a bad registry key setting for the psbroker component.

To resolve the issue, run the attached batch file.
