What is the cause of SoMove error 1006 connected to the ATV320 drive?

Issue:
SoMove error 1006 on SoMove Software while connecting to the ATV320 drive

Product Line:
ATV320

Environment:
All serial numbers

Cause:
Customer could not connect to the ATV320 drive using SoMove Software getting error 1006.

Resolution:
Error 1006 is an invalid configuration file which means the somove ATV320 DTM file is missing or the imported Somove PSX program does not match the drives part new drives part number, option card etc.
