Do the leveling feet need to be used when installing a NetShelter SX cabinet per OSHPD or IBC High Seismic Area?

Issue:
Need to confirm proper installation per OSHPD and IBC High Seismic Area.

Product Line:
NetShelter SX

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
The NetShelter SX OSHPD and IBC Structural Calculations documents do not mention if the leveling feet must be down.

Resolution:

The calculations are all based on the anchorage points in the floor and the cabinet, but as in any installation it's always the best practice (recommended) to have the leveling feet down.
