When trying to install SoMachine v4.3, the the SoMachine Configuration Manager Installation Tab window is blank
Issue
When trying to install SoMachine v4.3, the the SoMachine Configuration Manager Installation Tab window is blank and the left side menu items like "Install New Version " is grayed-out. What do I do?

Cause
The Configuration Manager is not pointed to the location of the installation DVD or disc .ISO image file.
Resolution
Follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you have either (a) the Installation DVD in the DVD-ROM Drive or (b) the path of the .ISO image file of the SoMachine Installation disc.
- In SoMachine Configuration Manager, click on the "Settings" Tab
- Under "Known Paths for Installation Media on Hard Drive", click on the [+] button.
- Select the path of the DVD-ROM or the .ISO file.
- Click back on the "Install" tab.
The screen should now be populated with the installable components of SoMachine and the left menu should no longer be grayed-out.
Click the "Install New Version" menu item to start the installation.
