That 24VAC Power is wired to Blue/ Black and Black is Com. Red , if needed, is for + 20VDC supplied by the actuator for the upstream Thermostat. Yellow is connected from the stats 6-9 VDC Control signal and Blue is the Common.
Note the Red +20VDC lead is power produced by the actuator's internal transformer for power to the Thermostat, if not needed , tape off.
