PME - Multiple Billing Report generates a blank report after deleting a virtual meter in Hierarchy Manager
Issue
Running some reports that use Virtual Meters or Layouts such as the Multiple Billing Report generates a blank report with the header "Information Requiring Your Attention". System Log Events shows the error "An error occurred while attempting to retrieve data."

Cause
Deleting a virtual meter in Hierarchy Manager does not automatically remove it from the sources list for any saved reports for which it is selected. It needs to be manually deselected even though it no longer appears as an option under Select Sources.
Resolution
1. Open the Report Inputs for the report the user is trying to generate
2. Click Select Sources
3. Click Clear Selection in the top right corner of this window, it will deselect the deleted virtual meter that is hidden
4. Click OK then Generate Report, it should now populate with data as expected
