How can I define the communication period of my PowerTag Energy Sensor ?

Communication for PowerTag Energy Sensor is set by default to 5 seconds in wireless gateway. But to decrease Wireless traffic it is recommended  to increase this value according to Edge Control system needs (PLC, SCADA…).
Example: It is not useful that the wireless gateway requests metering data for PowerTag Sensor every 5 seconds if SCADA requests only each 30 seconds the wireless gateway.
