Why are measurements for the PM800 series device type not populating in the OPC Test Client in Power Monitoring Expert (PME) 9.0?

Issue
Typically, measurements for device types native to PME are exposed by hitting "Update OPC" in Management Console. In PME 9.0, the measurements for the PM800 series device type do not get updated along with the other native devices to PME.

Environment

Cause
The PM800 series meters became obsolete prior to the release of PME 9.0. Although the device type is still selectable as a default device type when adding a device in Management Console, it is not included in the DefaultMeasurements.xml file that PME uses to update the OPC tags for native devices. When the "Update OPC" button is hit, the system only checks for device types included in the DefaultMeasurements.xml.

Resolution
In order to expose the measurements to the OPC client, the PM800 series device type should be treated as if it were a third-party device.
