How can a selector switch be added to control ERMS on an MTZ Masterpact circuit breaker?

Issue:
Is there a way to use a physical switch to on/off ERMS, like in the case of Masterpact NT/NW?

Product Line:
Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
To control ERMS with a physical switch as was done with Masterpact NT, NW, and Powerpact, see ESM Switch Module.docx attached below.
First, you must have an MTZ breaker with the ERMS digital module installed, catalog number LV850009.
Second, you must have the ESM module installed. The breaker can be ordered from the factory with this module installed, or it can be field installed by Services. Instructions are attached.
Customer supplies the external switch and indicator light if desired.

NOTE:  The ESM module is not compatible with the M2C contacts.  Both cannot be installed.
