Can the Magelis HMI programmed with Vijeo Designer talk to an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400?

In the help file of Vijeo Designer, it does not list the Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 as a PLC that the Magelis HMI can talk to.

Although the Allen Bradley Micrologix 1400 is not listed in the help file of Vijeo Designer as one of the supported PLC models, we have had success communicating to this PLC. Please be sure to use either the Rockwell Allen Bradley driver for EIP (Micrologix) or the DF1 (Micrologix) to talk to this PLC model.
