SESU tool returning DOWNLOAD_FAIL error 403
Issue
When attempting to download a SESU hot fix the following message is returned, "The remote server returned an error. (403) Forbidden."

Resolution
Typically this means that the firewall blocks the SESU downloads as they are raw executables. If the SESU server can not be added to trust list, you will need to manually download from either se.com or an FTP site which can be created for you if you open a tech support ticket requesting a specific hotfix.
Here is a link to the latest version of SESU (3.0.12) as any version lower than 2.5.0 will no longer function.
