Issue:
After saving STA file with Unity Pro V13.0 then trying to open it the following error is returned:

Project file not compatible:
Please open archive file (STA) to ensure compatibility or import file (ZEF,XEF).
Remark: The import will need a full rebuild.

Resolution
If the Project is from Unity Pro V11.1, this issue existed with Unity Pro V13.0 and was addressed with HF1.
HF2 for V13.0 is attached here and it includes HF1.

Contact Technical Support for any other legacy v13.0 Hot Fixes or upgrade to a newer version of Unity Pro / Control Expert.
