What is the purpose of the neutral wire provided with PowerTag NSX LV434020 and LV434022 ?

This connection point will create a reference point to the Neutral in order to improve the Power and Energy Measurements in case of unbalanced 3P system.
If you connect this wire you will be able to select 3PH4W system for your PowerTag NSX under the Gateway Web interface.
