Why am I not able to install a specific HF to Control Expert?
Issue
When trying to install a Hot Fix to Control Expert it returns a message saying that is it already installed.

Product line
Control Expert

Resolution
If working with Control Expert v 14.1, for example, edit the Registry and delete the following entries if they are  present:

HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Wow6432node\Schneider Electric\Control Expert\v 14.1
ControlExpert_v141_hf*.exe  (delete any relative entries)
