Is it possible to upgrade Connexium Network Manager V1.2 to V2.0 with the existing license
Customer has Connexium Network Manager (CNM V1.2) installed and registered on the computer, when he tries to upgrade it from V1.2 to V2.0, it asked to register it with S/N.
Is it possible to upgrade Connexium Network Manager V1.2 to V2.0 with the existing license?

Since a new set of reference number has been created for CNM v2.0 to resolve existing subscription and version upgrade issue, the CNM 1.x license will not automatically transfer to CNM 2.0.
Customer must go through the formal SW Registration & Licensing process for CNM v2.0.
