Why the BMXAMI0810 only reports MOD_ERROR in the IODDT T_GEN_MOD?
N/A When any channel comes across brokenWire，upperOvr，lowerOv，spiError，or HARDWARE_SELF_TEST_FAULT, the MOD_ERROR will be activated. In special when the channel
has problems, the CH_ERROR will be activated also.
If there is only MOD_ERROR in the IODDT, customer has to verify the upper overflow or lower overflow.
