Will the older version GV2M** fit into the new style GV2MC enclosure?

Resolution:
The new style GV2M (2 DIN Rail Attachment Springs) starter will not mount into the old style GV2M enclosure. The old style GV2M (1 DIN Rail Attachment Spring) starter will not mount into the new style GV2M enclosure. Any enclosures a distributor may have in stock with date codes between 9830 and 9949 may be returned on CCP for credit. If trying to replace an old GV2 enclosed starter with the new style (2 DIN Rail Attachment Springs) the existing enclosure will also need to be replaced.
