The S1 suffix on an SEF or SED breaker indicates a 120 Vac shunt trip. The SEF and SED breakers, along with all accessories, are now obsolete and no longer available. Services has a retrofit kit to use the NW Masterpact breaker as a replacement, which fits in the same space as the SE breaker.
