31127-013-01 (Not available), secured by (2) 21937-14341 mounting screws. Cover does not include nameplate nor is nameplate available.

This also applies to all 8536SA, 8538SA, 8539SA, 8606SA, 8630SA, 8640SA, 8702SA, 8736SA, 8738SA, 8739SA, and 8810SA devices.
