NOTE: The Class R fuse kits are design to be installed in the switches to REJECT all But Class R fuses. The Kit contains 3 Adapters, one per pole of a 3-pole switch

The Class R Fuse Kit RFK10 is ONLY designed to be used with the appropriate 100A Series F Safety Switches.

This video is ONLY a supplement to the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE Make sure to read the instructions, along with ALL the SAFETY information BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.
Also, follow ALL the steps in the instructions.(See below attached the kit instructions)
The equipment must be installed and serviced only by qualified electrical personnel.

CAUTION: TURN OFF AND DISCONNECT POWER AHEAD OF SWITCH BEFORE INSTALLING FUSE ADAPTERS.
DO NOT USE RENEWABLE LINK FUSES IN FUSED SWITCHES

Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the steps in the instructions.
1) Fuse adaptor goes on the LOAD BASE FUSE CLIPS ONLY. Each fuse has rejection provisions on one end ONLY. Blade on adapters fit into slots in fuse clip.(See Figure 1 below and in instructions)
2) Insert adapter into fuse clip on the opposite side of load lugs(See Figure 1 below and in instructions)
3) Rotate adapters so that it slides into the slot between the fuse clip and the extended Rib(Not shown) on the molded base. (See Figure 1 below and in instructions)
4) Push adapter firmly into base using the built in tab, until the 'Barb' has snapped securely onto the Molded Base (See Figure 2 below and in instructions).
5) The adapter should not be able to be removed once properly installed. (SEE VIDEO BELOW)
