What is the torque requirement for the AL400LA lug for the LA, LH, and Q4 circuit breakers?

Issue:
Torque value for the AL400LA lug for the LA, LH, and Q4 circuit breakers.+

Resolution:
The torque requirement for the wire binding screw is 375 lb-in (42 N-M). The lug mounting screw torque value is 120 lb-in (13 N-M). Please see instruction bulletin 48040-896-03.
