Is there a restriction for breakers mounted opposite each other in an NF panel with ED, EG, and the EJ type breaker 110 - 125 amp or less?

Resolution:
Yes, Please see the restrictions below:

1. When using 1,2, or 3 pole ED,EG,or EJ branch mounted circuit breakers with a handle rating of 110 amperes
or less as branch devices, each bus connector will be restricted to no more that 170 amperes for the sum of the two breaker combination.

2. When using 1,2, or 3 pole ED,EG,or EJ branch mounted circuit breakers with a handle rating of 125 amperes
or less as branch devices, each bus connector will be restricted to no more that 145 amperes for the sum of the two breaker combination.

3. 125 and 250 ampere rated panels will be restricted to no more than  1 -  ED, EG, or EJ  two or three pole branch device. This device will be
restricted to the bottom 2 or 3 spaces of either side of the panel. All other restrictions apply.

4. A maximum of 1 branch device 110A or over allowed on 400/600/800 ampere panels in non-vented applications. (N3R,12,4,4X etc). NOTE:  The 800A interior was added to this restriction as of June 22, 2018.  Prior to that the product selector did not restrict the number of devices 110A and over.
