The replacement overload relay depends upon the device used and any Forms originally ordered. The following outlines the replacement parts:
Three pole starter with melting alloy (no overload form), 9065SDO15.
Four pole starter with melting alloy (no overload form), 9065SDO16.
Five pole starter with melting alloy (no overload form), 9065SDO17.
Overload relay Form H30, 9065ST420.
For Series F of the MotorLogic solid state overload relay, they are capable of protecting single phase load.
