9001K25 is a single hole plate, 9001K26 is a two hole plate, 9001K27 is a three hole plate, and 9001K28 is a four plate. These stainless steel (302) flush plates are rated NEMA 1.
Note:
To be used with a standard 2 x 3 in. general purpose switch box. A 2.5 in. deep switch box should be used if two Type KA contact blocks are mounted side by side. If two Type KA contact
blocks are mounted in tandem, a 3.5 in. deep box should be used.
