Can an NQOD panelboard accept either plug-on QO or bolt-on QOB branch circuit breakers?

Resolution:
Yes, the obsolete NQOD panelboards accepted both QO and QOB branch breakers.  The replacement NQ panelboard interiors are also designed to accept either plug-on(QO) or bolt-on (QOB) circuit breakers.
