With Ecostruxure Control Expert / Unity pro, why it is no more possible to configure some hardware modules following a 'REPAIR'

On Control Expert and Unity Pro when a REPAIR is done, registry values previously modified are reinitialized.
For modules delivered via an HF it means that it is no more possible to configure them., e.g. modules BMXDDI3232, BMXDDI3203 (ControlExpert_V150_ HF_DDI_3232_3203) and BMENOR2200H (ControlExpert_V150_HF_BMENOR2200H)
