Does Control Expert support multiple monitors?

Issue

When using multiple monitors with Unity Pro Greater than V12.0 and Control Expert V14.0 or 14.1 the windows do not always cooperate when initiated. They do not always respond or open depending on which monitor the action was initiated on.
