EcoStruxure Automation Expert [21.1] Unable to see the Hardware Configuration Tab in the Project.

This document explains why User is unable to see Hardware configurator of an added M580 Controller.

Hardware configurator is available within each Controller in the project only when an appropriate hardware library is available in the project. Thus, the configurator is library-dependent.

Without the corresponding library reference, the HW Configuration button is not visible.

Here in the below screenshot, you can see that there is no HW Configuration tab available for M580 Controller because there is no SE.IoX80 library available in solution.

After adding SE.IoX80 Library from the library references, you can see that there is an option to open Hardware Configurator.
