According to the Maintenance Mode Switch manual, MFR92143 (MMS nameplate), MFR79104 (MMS danger label), and MFR70008 (instruction bulletin) are required, but are not available to order?
They are not available individually. They are only available as part of the MMS kit, LV429659 for 120 Vac, LV429658 for 24 Vdc.
