Are there residential standard toggle style switches in the Wiring Device offer?

No. In order to drive a consistent high end aesthetic throughout the home that delivers on the customer's request to have a flush non-glossy design that blends into the wall we decided to limit our offering to the X-Series switch design. Additionally this choice allows for the easy upgrade to the XD series look without having to change out your device.
