Is this Sqaure D receptacle a GFCI? and if so, is there a reset or do you have to replace it once tripped?

No, this is not a GFCI receptacle. The rectangular "Decorator" face looks similar to a GFCI, as opposed to the standard duplex outlet. Functionally, however, it offers no electrical protection from ground-fault conditions. Please refer to the connected home offer for more details.
