Do we have MTTF / MTBF documentation for the ATV320 and ATV630 Fans only?

Issue:

Wants MTTF / MTBF for the cooling fans only for the ATV320 and ATV630 drives

Cause:

Customer needs MTTF / MTBF documentation for heatsink fans.

Resolution:

MTBF doesn’t exist for fan because this VSD part is not reparable

We do not have MTTF for fan only.

Also, our fan supplier didn't give the MTTF for the fan because they has not been evaluated for use in combination with any end application

(calculation depending of the voltage source for example, too complex for them to do MTTF calculation).

For ATV630:

In the service guide we recommend to change the fan every 4 years maximum

ATV320 MTTF

For ATV320

The service guide doesn’t exist because of machine segment

The fan (VSD) maintenance is included in the maintenance program of the machine

We doI recommend to have visual inspection every year and to change the fan if needed (also true for Altivar Process)
