How many 175 A or 200 A branch circuit breakers may be installed in a NQ Panelboard?

Is it possible to install 175A or 200A branch breakers in an NQ Panelboard?

Resolution:
Up to four (4) 2 pole QO2175, QO2200, QO2175VH, or QO2200VH circuit breakers may be installed in 400 A and 600A NQ single phase panelboards in NEMA 1 enclosures, with three-point latch trim fronts.  NQ200AN neutral lug kits are required if neutral connections are required for any of these branch circuit breakers.
