How to update Exlhoist software version to 4.0.20?

Issue:
Unable to update XLhoist Configuration Software version from 4.0.18

Product line:
Industrial Wireless Remote Control

Environment:
Harmony eXLhoist Industrial Remote Controllers

Resolution:
To avoid any problem, it’s mandatory to uninstall correctly the old version 4.0.18 before install the new one. See attached document
