I do not see the energy consumption for my site

Some times you might not see the "Energy" or "Electrical Distribution" tabs in Facility Expert Web page.
This could be due to the issue that you have not accepted the data agreement.
If it is the case, the message below will be displayed in Facility Expert: "Your site Can be operated only after the Company Data Agreement is signed"

Data agreement

Make sure you validate the Data Agreement email, otherwise Facility Expert will not process the energy data information.
If in case the agreement email is expired or you cannot find it, please contact customer support center and they will resend the data agreement email.
