I did not receive company data agreement email for Facility Expert

Sometimes when you finish site creation and gateway association(commissioning) flow on Facility Expert, you may not receive the email to validate the company data agreement.
There can be 2 cases where you may not receive such emails:
1) Make sure while creating the site, you have given the correct email address for “End user/building owner Email”. Because this field is non editable at later point and this has to be proper during the Site Creation. If in case the email entered is wrong, please contact customer support center.
2) Sometimes, you have to check your Spam to find this email.
3) Sometimes your company may block such emails for security reasons. In that case please check with IT department of your company
