How to fix CXM DTM issue with a Control expert application upgrade from V14.1 to V15 ?

To fix the issue, the latest version of the CXM DTM needs to be installed via the zip file attached to this FAQ.

You need to close Control Expert software before installing the DTM, then reopen Control Expert to update the DTM catalog.
